(5)工业企业节能的重点应放在选择能耗低,电机系统等;
(6)节能评估报告加强清洁煤技术和相关产品的应用范围,使用先进的脱硫技术和燃烧技术,从根本上减少二氧化碳的排放。
(七)加强材料,交通运输,水节和间接节能投资的一部分,在能源行业的高科技应用,提高节能效果。
